FAQs

Can you help me to understand if I might be neurodivergent?

I can. While a full medical diagnosis must be made by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, I provide a comprehensive non-medical diagnostic process to help you gain clarity on whether you might be Autistic, an ADHDer, or both. I can also help you to set up, and support you through the process of pursuing a full medical diagnosis should you wish to do so.
